Payment Policy

The practice requires patients to pay at each visit when treatment is carried out. Payment methods we accept are: Cash, Cheque, Credit and Debit Cards.

Emergency Appointments

If you are registered with us and require an emergency appointment, please call call between 9am & 5pm Monday – Friday and we will do our best to have you seen within 24 hours. If you require emergency treatment out with our opening hours please contact NHS24 on 111.

Failed Appointments

Due to the number of failed appointments and appointments cancelled at short notice (less than 24 hours) we now charge a fee of £30 per 30 mins.

• 18 & in Full Time Education
• Expectant Mother
• Had baby in the last 12 months
• Income Support
• Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
• Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
• NHS Tax Credit Exemption Certificate
• HC2 Certificate
• HC3 Certificate (partial help)
