Failed Appointments & Short Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you fail to attend, cancel with less than 24 hours notice or show up late to your appointment where treatment can no longer be carried out, you will be charged a fee of £50 per 30 minutes of appointment time.
